1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the NicheFind AI service ("the Service"), provided by NicheFindAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

NicheFind AI helps you discover YouTube creators using filters, AI recommendations, and analytics tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Premium tiers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully, for fraud, or for spam; (b) infringe the intellectual property of others; (c) probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the Service; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service; or (e) circumvent technical limits or quotas.

4. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.

5. Payment, billing, and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Third-party data

The Service displays publicly available YouTube channel data via the YouTube Data API. We do not own this data and provide it "as is". Use of YouTube data is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
