We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to NicheFind AI, provided by NicheFindAI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@nichefind.online and we'll process the refund for you.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel mid-period, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded for unused time.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
