NicheFindAI ("we", "us") provides the NicheFind AI service. We act as the data controller for personal data we process about you in connection with the Service.

- Account data: name, email, login credentials.
- Profile data: display name, avatar (if you provide one or sign in with Google).
- Usage data: searches you run, saved creators, daily search counts, in-app actions.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser type, log timestamps for security and debugging.
- Support data: any messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To create your account and provide the Service (legal basis: contract).
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, contract).
- To provide customer support (contract).
- To improve the product through aggregated usage analytics (legitimate interest).
- To send service-related emails (contract). Marketing emails only with your consent.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share data with
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, processes payments, subscriptions, tax, and invoicing.
- Hosting and database providers — used to run the Service.
- Google — for Google sign-in (optional) and the YouTube Data API (we send your search queries; we do not send personal data).
- Authorities — where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
